Trash pickup by the City of Dover is in “official” trash bags only. You can buy Dover bags at the town hall as well as at most local supermarkets. At Market Basket, they are not on the shelves but you can ask someone at check out and they will grab them for you.

Heat is provided by forced hot water powered by Rennai gas furnace for the first two floors and with a gas monitor heater on the the third floor.

The water bill is divided by the number of occupants in the building, but the management covers the first 10% of the water bill to minimize disputes.

Snow removal is included.

There are no laundry facilities in the building, however the laundromat is literally 1 minute from the front door.
